(PMI). As a PMI Registered Education Provider (R.E.P.),
Project Training Plus has agreed to abide by PMI
established quality assurance criteria.

authorized to issue Professional Development Units (PDU)
used for maintaining the PMP credential, as well as for
the “contact hours” that are required to sit for the PMP

publicly held courses provided directly through Project Training Plus
Company Training:
There is no penalty for
cancellation of a training course if the cancellation is
made 30 calendar days prior to the first day of class.
The customer may cancel a training course prior to the
start of the first day of class with penalty.
• Cancellation notice provided in writing 10 calendar
days to 29 calendar days prior to the first day of class
bears a $100 cancellation processing fee. You will be
refunded the amount of your tuition minus the $100
cancellation processing fee.
• There will be no tuition refund for a cancellation
notice received less than 10 calendar days prior to the
first day of class.
Project Training Plus, LLC,
reserves the right to cancel a training session. Classes
will be held if the minimum enrollment level is met.
Project Training Plus, LLC, will make every effort to
contact each registrant if a class is cancelled. Each
registrant will have an option to reschedule the
cancelled class, or receive a full tuition refund.
Project Training Plus, LLC, assumes no responsibility
for the expenses associated with travel and lodging.
For courses provided through colleges and universities
using Project Training Plus instructors
Policies regarding registration, tuition refund, and course cancellation are assumed by the sponsoring institution, not Project Training Plus, LLC. Registrants should contact the administration of the sponsoring institution with questions concerning their policies, and follow their administrative policies.
