projects through the use of basic project management
tools and techniques. Course materials are designed to

Attendees will learn how to
identify, examine, assess, prioritize, and manage
project constraints. The commonly recognized “big three”
project constraints are the budget, schedule and scope.
In this interactive course, a variety of constraints
will be discussed including the type of technology or
equipment used on the project, lack of stakeholder
commitment and support, resources, company culture,
unrealistic expectations of project deliverables, risks,
and poor communications.
